All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file for payment. *All clients are responsible for booking and canceling their appointments. There is a 24 hour cancelation window, any inability to cancel an appointment is due to an expiration of the 24 hour notice. Your deposit secures your spot on the calendar and goes towards your service. If that appointment is missed the paid deposit is loss and the full amount of that booked service/s is required and will be automatically drafted from your card on file. Deposits are in place to hold your spot on the schedule and in no case will be applied to any owed fees such as late cancellations and/or no-show fees. Deposits are non refundable/transferable in the case of a late cancellation. Deposits can be transferred only in the case of a rescheduling requested by your service provider. Deposits can be transferred in the case a client needs to reschedule but in a timely manner. This change comes with ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS and REFERS TO EVERYONE!! Same day cancellations or no-shows requires full payment of booked service and must be paid by the end of the day of cancellation/no-show. All payments that are not received by the end of the day with proof will automatically terminate you as a client and any future appointments will be canceled. Any owed fees will be automatically drafted from the card on your account. There will be no reminders or mentions on our behalf to collect any owed fees. This policy comes with ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS and REFERS TO EVERYONE!! *There is a 2.5% convenience fee along with taxes that is due at checkout. All payments are due at the end of service. There is a small increase in pricing for selected services. Please be sure the service you book for is what you’re actually getting. Remember, gel polish is included in every set. Booking a “Gel Fill” etc is not required if you’re getting an acrylic set. This rule ensures accurate timing and pricing. Please check your appointment day & time as much as needed. To do so, click on the blue link in the notification text provided by the site. That link sends you to your personal schedule giving your past, current and future appointments. This will eliminate over bookings. That link will also send you to the booking website by clicking on the business name at the top. There is no seating for additional people. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment if they are not also receiving a service, this includes but is not limited to children. Please wait in your cars until your service provider is ready to service you. This Policy and Rules APPLIES TO EVERYONE, Not agreeing nor abiding by these requirements, will result in your termination as a client immediately.
